and I agree with condition:
"THIEF INVITATION FOR RENT. 20.000 gold is prepaid + 1 (first)thief art and 1 thief invitation in return on 2 weeks.
If you returned thief invitation (and art) during 1 week - I return 2.000 gold for each full unused days. Addition: per every day after 2 weeks – u paid 2.000 gold"
