1) You must prepaid 20.000 gold
2) You must return 2 thief arts and 1 thief invitation after 2 weeks
If you returned thief invitation and arts earlier -
I return 1.000 gold for each full day
You paid 5.000 gold per every day after 2 weeks
3)During our agreement You are not allowed to give thief invitation
to anybody and You are not allowed to buy or sell thief arts
