I. Insulting and blakmailing moderator:
-several posts in forum, which were deleted

im the leader of the most active clan in game, and because of a stupid rule where i commented in wrong thread you ban me from saying anything.
I used half a year collecting 200 active players for the clan. And when i ask you to at least let my members speak you ban and lock again.
Yeah you might be right about that rule 1. but you are just rule-riders.
I want you to unblock me so i can make a statement you dont delete. otherwise i will leave game and give you at leat 200 angry players on your hands. remember they put all their gold into clan. my repairskill and stuff.
I also dinated well over 1000 dollars, and because i comment on a cheater that is hunting my for jalouxy you block me??? you should have banned commander for life instead.
II. Insulting other players and clan 136 without any proofs:
- before there was a complain on Commander, but he didn't receive punishement, so he is clean. Warlord continued to accuse him.
-Then he accused binghuo and his clan without reasons
III. Stole clan's money and gave to several people + violation of
3.15. Large transfers for the reason of leaving the game etc. are forbidden. Presents must not exceed 30% of the general property of the character, at the moment of transfer. General property is considered: gold + seven primary resources (wood, ore, mercury, sulfur, crystals, gems, leather) + artifacts only. Rare trophies, Thief invitations, etc. are valued at market price.
IV. He evicted everybody from his clan, but some players still pay taxes.. strange:

I ask to ban his mults, give him penalty for insults and for violating rule 3.15

What about the clan's money? What about the people that donated big amounts of gold to the clan and then clan disbanded and got some or all of the money they gave back as a refund because they don't receive the benefits of the clan anymore?
The way i see it, before imposing any penalty to someone, there should be a very thorough research of what he gave to the clan and what he got in return now that the clan is no more, and compare to see if there is a difference. I'll bring myself as an example: Sometime ago i bought thieves guild invite with diamonds then when i got to level 2 i had an invite to sell. Instead of selling the invite to someone outside the clan for the price of 400-500k gold ( few days after i gave away my invite, another was sold for 500k ), i sold it to the clan for 250k gold and some cheaper services to cover for the extra gold. Now that the clan got disbanded i received 100k gold from Warlord since the clan would not offer those services anymore/ever again. Did i break any rules? If you check one specific entry in the log you can say yes, but if you check the whole picture the answer is clearly no. The money Warlord gave to some people did not belong to him, they belonged to the clan = the members. So

is not true in the majority of the cases. They are not large transfers for the reason of leaving the game, they are just redistribution of the clan's wealth (Maybe it's not a fair redistribution, but i am in no position to judge that). | Jabbar
It is good you received some fo you gold back but it should be shared evenly.
I hope the mods can retake all the distributed clan gold and elements and devides this faily over all ex members of the clan.
We all paid taxes and some donated money, it is not fair that all goes to few players
I might not have donated or put a thief invite in the clan but i also never used any of its services, still paying taxes. So if you receive anything back we should all.

Why should it be shared evenly? Some people offered to the clan 200-300k gold ( i could have sold invite for 500k or maybe more instead of 250k - the amount of gold i got back wasn't even half compared to the amount i would have if i wasn't in the clan ) and others just payed taxes. Of course maybe some people got more than they gave but i really don't have time to check everyone's logs to see who should get what. Considering most of the gold in the clan went to boost repairsmiths/enchanters skills, those gold cannot be retrieved and those gold came from taxes. It's not really nice but nothing can be done about it. It would be maybe better if Warlord did some calculations and distributed the stuff in a better way, but i doubt anyone in his position would spend time to do such a thing for a game he won't play anymore. | | please lets stop this argument Warlord made his mistakes and has been given punishiment and as far as tax are conserened they are parliay loan which people took form him and some do not know he destroyed the clan . I didnt ask warlord for money or elements, was as surprised as everybody else when received it (not to mention disbanding the clan surprised me too). I guess he wanted to act honestly and gave away all clan money to people who were active the most. If it is illegal i expect some admin to take official stand, if we should transfer it anywhere (like secretary account or something.) After that i hope this case will be over, the forum flamewar makes me thinking of quitting this game. I wanted to battle when i joined the game, not observing people trying to get each other banned like little kids fighting for better place in playground. | What posts?

IV is completely irrevelant. You have no idea if those are mults are not. Have you checked IPs? They could just be stupid players who haven't figured it out yet. Anyways, they are blindly sending gold to Warlord, and Warlord is online to tell them not to, or to send it back.
