According to the documentation, every point on luck gives you 10% chance. And it can occur in between once in 5 turns to once in 20 turns.
Just now I had a fight with a necro carvan, with one luck, every second of their hit was luck. whereas on the other hand i had 3-4 lucky hits in the whole fight with same 1 luck(all those a miss too). Is this an issue or I was so unlucky?
