I need tactics for this fight is it possible to beat or is it impossible?

Don't let faeries get hit by griffins use it to attack swords as soon as possible and as often as possible. But you should always attack them from behind, in my experience they will move forward instead of attacking them (at least this holds true for my vamps).
Use hero magic punch to kill the bowmen, hero should be first, so only 6 bowmen left they can do only 3-6 dmg to farmers and u have 16hp, so let them suffer a bit.
Position druids around farmers and use their lightning to reduce swords from the start | Since the guardian was in a large single stack, you might switch keepers for sprites. Wear a +luck or +morale artifact and you should be able to bring them down before they reached farmers.
