my clan leader had offline for almost 2 months. so, i guess he is not coming back.
is there anyway to transfer the clan leadership to other? |

As far as I can tell, no.
You can transfer ownership of a clan only if:
- You are the clan owner
- The clan balance is 0 (so clan ownership cannot be used as a cover for gold transfers)
Too bad for you and for #111 HeroesEmpire, which had 116 members... :(
Worse, only Recruiter and Herald roles are filled. No Chronicler, and far worse, no Treasurer - which means no one can add money to the clan treasury, which in turns means no more invitation after some time...
HeroesEmpire seems quite doomed unless its leader returns.
But you can still join a merry and active clan like #145 Warriors' Guild!! XD

| By the way, Smoker went offline at 19:08, 08-02-08, so Elite Hunter clan seems quite dead too. Too bad - I'll never be credited for my hunting record! |
i dont mind if admin take away all clan gold now and transfer the leader position to me. without the leader, the clan still can operate but limited.
the clan was founded by Bevan and me. the transaction log had show both of us collect the gold and create the clan. so, i guess i m qualified enough to take over the clan if he was quited.
and, i need reply from admin. they are the one can answer me :( |

I wouldn't want to shatter your hopes, but it seems highly unlikely. You are asking for something completely unheard of in game rules.
Bevan has been offline for two month but is neither suspended nor anything. It would be totally unfair for him to discover upon return that he has been stripped of clan leadership.
In theory, he could return at any time. He's not banned nor anything... :/ |
there is no policy such as: if your account was not log in for a duration, account will be deleted.

it is even not fair for all other clan members which were looking something forward in clan but the leader is missing for so long |
