Hello, sorry for my english (i'm french)

Can we report a guys who is in a battle but doesn't play, like afk ???
Is there sanctions against this bad players ???

In this fight, MasterDion was here, he talked, but he says at the beginning : doesn't want to fight..

What can you do against this "cheaters" ?
