If your army is damaged, it will renew itself over time. It heals 1% every 9th second, so it takes 15 minutes to restore from 0% to 100%.
If you mean more troops, you have to level up. Each combatlevel increses your troop-count a little, and at certain levels you can build new structures in your castle to recruit new troops.
