It seem to be full hunter sets give more benefits than normal arts during the hunt.
Below are examples of fk dmg and bowmen dmg with full hunter sets.
Forest Keeper

Even sometimes I wore good arts like ring of abdication, sword of equilibrium.. etc, the damage can't compare to the hunter sets. Just need more luck when using hunter sets.

But remember this, the biggest flaw in the sets is the durabilty part. REASON: It really a bad idea to spent resources on enhancement when you reached lvl 6, cuz u only can use for 10 times (doesn't include repairing OFC)
As for the normal arts, definitely worth crazy enchancement for the battles u gonna waste them (dun forget repairing).
So, it just depends on whether u planning a long-term or a short-term.
