Well It seems that the game has no stooped to enforcing some rules but not all.If all arent enforced why just enforce 1 or 2.so go ahead everyone cheat your hearts out Admin isnt going to do anything to you anyway.so cheat cheat cheat
Would you mind calmly descibing your problem, or the incident(s) you are refering to?

Simply bashing the administration won't help to solve any issues you may have, and is more likely to get you banned for trolling/insults.

Look at the complaints.it is full of complaints about people cheating yet Admin sees fit to ban me from the forum because i say something about it.They cant or wont do anything about all the cheaters yet if anyone says anything about them not doing thier jobs that person gets banned
That's probably because we forum-mods are evil people that actively scry the forums for people that disrupts our peace.

Other cheaters are dealt with by other people. Those that are found guilty is usually fined a hefty sum of gold, or simply banned.

Well why doesnt "those" who are supposed to deal with the cheaters do something. There hasent been an Admin on here in almost 3 weeks now. They are giving them imppression that they dont care what happens to the game as long as they get paid
Bring in a new work incentive
its called "WORK OR BE FIRED"
That is usually how things work. If a moderator or sweeper doesn't attend to his or her duties he or she becomes booted from the job.
The "true admins" however, can not be booted because it is their game. And even if they appear to be inactive you have to remember that they do alot of work behind the scenes, with coding, graphics, ideas, and several other things. (Not to mention that they probably have real lives!)

As for the admins being paid I can't really make a proper response, because I don't know the finacial details any more than you do. I can however guess that a sum of the donations goes to paying servermoney and upgrades on actual computerparts. Unless a game becomes really successfull it's hard to make a living on it. ;)

As for the rules being enforced within a reasonable amount of time, and the general public informed about the incident(s)...
I understand that a visible lack of activity is frustrating, especially when it comes to long periods like "3 weeks". They don't have any obligation to inform the general public about who, when or how they punish someone though.

About the "Work or be fired" comment... How do you think the admins feel when they come online and read things like that? It IS their game after all, and if more people whine on them, on the game, on activity, on balance, on how Mars-bars taste less chokolate than Snickers and everything else that is whined upon, they will after a while decide that "Oh, let's call this a failure and take it down."

Again, let me emphasize that I have understanding for your frustration, but that whining doesn't lead to anything positive. A calm description of the problem, incenting an adult conversation and possible solutions is not only more pleasant to read, but could also conclude in something good as result.
But if you think about it, posting up a list of what admin have done to people who hae been caught cheating every week, say, would acutally help to remind people that they are out there and watching. It would also help reassure honest players that they're acutally there. Heck, dragging up a few examples would probably still be good enough XD.

There should be a way to code into the server/s a filter for suspicious transfer amounts or repeated transfers within a given time. It obviously would take a while to implement(and write), not to mention people actually policing those transfers, but this part of the post probably belongs in ideas and suggestions.
