Authoralways server error or no onnection to server(game server)

i have lost a game because of no connection to server when in fact my internet server is running well.i have ask my isp network to check if its their problem.they told me it might be the game servers problems.i hope you can address this problem cause it cause more defeats in battle for us.

Try to help your self first: Read tracert command to the game, clean cache, delete TIF, switch browser for the moment or even machine, IP address, game account. I'm sure you find where you have problem and solve it without help of administration cause this problem has only you at moment.
