You can repair items only when you will be 6th level (then you will be able to build Blacksmith - check that n your castle).
But it is not worth to repair items - it will cost very much!
It will be much cheaper to buy new items.
Exception is very rare artifacts, which cost is very high in the market.
But if you want you can ask some 6+ level player to repair it for you (and check his Smith skill before that). |
