| the racial skills go straight to your army..they will not show up on the hero.. you should take a look at your recruitment centre and check the stats from time to time of your creatures, then you will be able to tell.. |
| You could see it in combat as well. ctrl-click on your units and you can see your ghosts and vampires have 10.1 and 11.1 initiative. |
