my other characters always get 1,0 skillpoint !!!

No, because you fighting without arts. Without arts you get experience and skillpoints penalty. |

Nearly 4 arts for your level. You also can get more exp/skillpoints (to 120%) if you wear more arts.
Note: You also will get a penalty if someone of your enemies or/and teammates without arts. |

To recieve 100% exp, all in combat must wear 'Full arts'.
If you wear 'Full arts' but not your opponent, you will both recieve less exp.
If both of you wear 'Less than full arts', you will both recieve even less exp.
If both of you wear 'No arts' you will recieve 35% of the exp. (I think it's 35% at least.) |

Experience gains depend on both your and the opponents' equipment. The higher the combat level, the greater that dependence becomes. For instance, you are in a duel, both are combat level5. If you consider 100% experience relevant to the best and fullest equipment of both heroes, then, if either one is nude, no matter which one, the experience gain will be 67.5% only, if both have no items, 35% only. This is an example for combat level 5. Other levels have it different. |

To original starting topic, I think wizards get only about 60% of the exp and faction exp most of time, because they attribute to less of the damages done. (In group battles)
Compared to other factions, wizard lack fast and effective damage dealing army, and Mages tend to be wiped out very early. So in a group battle, even if a wizard supports their teammates well by taking out enemy ranged and defending team-mate's damage dealer with garg/golems. wizards usually don't get much exp.
I guess this is balanced in hunts by wizard's crazy magic multiplier, but group battle and duels sort of feel less satisfying as wizard. |
