how much does this increase troops amounts by? does it depend on your skill points?
i know it says on the talent but that isn't right | rally increase the amount of you can recruit with 3 units of 1 tier, 2 units of 2 tier, 1 unit of 3 tier.
it doesnt depend on your skill point. but, if you are knight, rally + training chamber will make alot difference compare with other factions. |
