It is very common that winner of a battle, especially group battle, is decided by who has the first turns.
The person whose troops have turn early can look into the initiative bar to decide whom he will attack.
I suggest that initiative bar doesn't show up for first round.
Initiative bar shown for second round, after every troop got their first turn.
I think it can make battle more balance. | | No thats a bad idea, either it should always show up or not show up at all, i vote for always | I'm sitting on the always shows up side on this one.
I like the initiative system, and especially the ability to see if I choose to WAIT it shows when I will next appear in the rotation. Big advantage and one I've used to gain victory many times. Not to mention how much time will be wasted by all the people who sit there and space out before it's their turn. The initiative bar helps keep people aware - either that or the option to make a 'ding' noise when it's their turn (that's under Personal settings). |
