Why does the system let pathetic battles like this be created?

I clicked to join by accident, meant to click the lamers name to see his stats... thanx for wasting a whole bunch of my time MLKMLK.
Is there a valid reason why the game system allows this kind of abuse? |

Why do you join such battles?:) These are newbs trying to gain some free XP. I saw a guy who i invited to play this game play against
TEAM 1 : level 4 (host), level 3, level 3
TEAM 2 : level 2 level 2 level 1 (the guy i invited)
And he hosts such things all the time:D |
It was a mis-click on my part, as I said I meant to click his name to see his stats.
Just really, really annoyed me that this kind of thing is allowed in the first place.
I realise now I should have done what the poor chap in my 2nd post did... nothing & timeout the battle.
Except the moron MLKMLK still gets XP.
There must be a way for the system to prevent this kind of thing in the first place? |

most of the time i set in the descroption of my challenges that is is a real fair fight, unlike other challenges (and it is then 1 lvl range, 3 vs 3 random)
i see those challenges quite often time out due to no interest, so those lamers lose their time as well |
