I'll mention this again. There are WAY too many jokers in the game who consistently timeout on every game either when they think they're losing or for fun.. or maybe just technical glitch but ANYHOW..
here's how it can UNfrustrate other players.
Game should immediately kill all players unit if they timeout 3 units CONSECUTIVELY. I think it's fair don't you?
Also.... proper experience should be calculated..

good idea but bad resolve.
I think that better will be blocking of joining to battles for players which timeouted more 3 times in 5-10 previous battles.
We dont knot if player has net problems or makes it with premeditation.
You should look at battle timers - if there is long timer You shouldnt to join if You are frustrater |
Well, in my opinion if you see that you have connection problems in one or two battles, you shouldn't play group battles for a while and wait for the problem to be fixed. You have hunts, you can manage where you work, you can play roulette, but don't take away other players fun. But this is only my attitude.
The problem is important, because there's quite big amount of this kind of players and when the timer in battle is set to 60 seconds, well, you can get irritated quickly. With this problem I suggest to leave things as they work now and add some new features like:
* after ~5 consecutively timeouts every next one will mean a lose of exp points;
* ban the account of that player?
* rapra's idea in #2 looks good;
Hope something will be done with this problem. |
You always may send an application to the Administration, do not forget it.
-1 to the idea, cause sometimes you have to leave during the battle because of some troubles in real-life. |

The Administration is developing an Artificial Intelligence which will take the player's place if he times out. You will have to give them some time.
The timeout time will still be 5 consecutive turns. |
