Here's my level 92, just make sure you don't give away lizard as cheaply as I did, rest should be fine |
The nature of completing this event is very different if you do not have max arts I feel.
For me just completed all 100, with 7 wins so far on difficult and the most amount of points I can get without doing the harder levels
Victories / Combats: 100 / 125
Attempts left: 32
Total points: 64,633, available: 1,050
Individual place: ~330
This gives me 32 attempts at raising that 7 on difficult past 50, to potentially 39 (though I doubt I will come even close to this)
I presume most people without full enchants is likely doing similar, given how difficult some of those battles are when you are limited in the extent you can make your army an absolute killing machine.
As such I would expect that for the last few days there is a gradual creep up in peoples scores once they hit max on normal and chip away at the harder ones. I will share any on harder that I beat here, so that fellow .commers can hopefully beat as many of these as possible. |

Personally I wouldn't rush them, you have ranged advantage. Let them come to you then counter. By rushing then moody if your shooter heavy army was doing half damage as at range. Let them come to your and those trips will be doing double damage.
Also focus on tribal troops first, with spirit they will last longer than you expect, so need to focus them. Remember the balancing of the spirit mechanic is based on normal sized armies. When you have a large stack they lose spirit slower, so you really have to prevent them gaining it in the first place otherwise they just ruin allover you. |

I did a chunk in grace set, others in more expensive gear, so probably about break even with direct gold wise, though easily compensated by the other guild points and stuff. Of course this will decrease if I then do another load of battles and mostly lose (eminently likely) tryign to win more on the higher difficulty
It would seem however that using uber expensive items may be more profitable, extra so since they will secure the best arts with the most resale value.

Definitely A LOT easier coming back to a battle when you have a lot more points (and a better build)
Comparatively easy to do 53+ now where previously I had trouble
