but there is just so many caravan types that are too hard.. i did try it, and demon is not a bad thief on that level, but whenever i had to fight elvens or DE caravans, i had really big problems, 'cause incends are way too slow. when i switched to DE, those were piece of cake.
on the other hand, there are other problematic caravans for DE. E.g knight with big stack of cavalry or necro with big stack of envoys.
ok, it could be me, but i think that i play far better as demon than as DE, and yet, i had much more success in TG as DE. not to mention that i had no DE faction levels at that point. |

whatever you guys choose, make sure you play demon on level 10, 'cause it's much more fun with cerberi than with mino soldiers :)
one more thing. in TG, caravans become stronger and stronger, so no matter what success you have against them, you will get to the point when they are impossible, and you will have to lose to make them doable again. i had to win 120 TG points ASAP on level 8, so i chose to play DE. eventually, it won't matter too much which faction you play. success in TG will be the same either way :)
however, it's easy to get DE racial levels in TG, and those are very useful to us. DE is really hard for demon, 'cause most of the time it's difficult to both gate and stay alive against them. but, i think that overall demon is better faction then dark elf. |

I agree. imagine how boring this game will be if everyone plays as DEs. No skills. Just everything on shrews. :)
No offense to anyone, but it seems like a lot of players just switch to DEs to make battles easier. :) |
for Jedi-Knight: Shrews kill fast but also die fast .. Dark Elves and Elves are designed to kill fast, but also die too fast ..
DE : Low numbers, just shrews that have a high inits, the others have suck INits
Elves : Low Hps and Low defence ... :) also out numbers too especially at level 10 and up .. :)
That's why Attack, Lucks and Morales are very important for them .. :)
But Demons are great in numbers .. ^^ |

hi all...i am a new addition to the lvl 10 demons
i was wondering what talents i should have..the obvious choice seems to be expert offense, battle fury and cold blade
but i was wondering what will be the best combination that will involve basic fortune as well..isn't basic fortune better than battle fury or expert offense considering the fact that i tend to play more PvP with the amulet of luck...i think i read somewhere that 2 luck is far more effective than 1 luck
