I never play castle and hunt battles, I don't know if it has to do with DE's or if I am just not good at it. |

I find my alts who are Unholy Nec and BW fare much better than my DE. I can easily score 3* in almost all quests I face in both, one due to raises, the other due to DU.
DE is kinda tough to get at the first try, but once I know where troops are placed, its an easy win because of shrews |

castles aren't a problem for darkelf anymore, I reset points, press all on defense, recruit max minotaurs and hydras, lure 1 or 2 enemy units by positioning 2 stacks of shrews, kill rest after a wall is gone with minos or with hydras when enemy finally decides to get out.

I use full defense stats for boss, outlaw, portal and heroes too. |
I guess ill post my castles as red/dark demon too, I am pretty high lvl, but it should give someone a general idea on how to play. Strategy can be applied to lvl 16+ think!

| @Calamity, I only use the full defense strategy for castles, at rest I go as full attack. Only the hunt quests are still a problem. |
I often play as holy elf, and I would suggest considering it to all level 10+ elves :)
For example, if a hunt has a bunch of shooters, mass evasion is very strong... also in outlaws such as barbarian outlaw it is very useful. |

Definitely unholy. There are so many battles I've won with 100% troops (around 60-70% hp) remaining just by timing my raises correctly. Make sure to gank then spread out your troops so that you can raise them safely and gank the final 1-2 stacks |
