| Hi i read the whole post and just wondering if a player got 3 accounts in .com and 1-3 accounts in .ru before the merger. What is to be done? |

Much easier to just play within the rules so as already said by Pang and also as I was told when I worked for admins juries. You are allowed a total of 3 characters inclusive of any which are blocked or abandoned.
Either someone has to delete that post for incorrect info or im to be blocked for having 3 blocked accounts before... Back then i didnt know about the rules, i restarted with this one and took note of the rules.. Suddenly it appears i have broken it again.
P.S. This seems like a foolish confession , but i dare to asHumans are the ones who make the most mistake and sooner or later you are bound to make a mistake BUT getting it sorted in one way or another is our responsibility. |
We don't make the game rules or enforce them that is the domain of admins (except the specific areas they assign to keepers to deal with).
Post #13 and my post correctly give the right information.
Just because many people have broken a specific rule and may not have been punished for it yet does not mean the rule does not apply or that admins might not deal with individual cases later.
To advise anyone otherwise would not be right or helpful. |

Can you tell me what rule have all this people broken?
One player may have up to 3 characters (one main and two extras).
This rule seems to say only that a player can't have more than 1 main account and 2 extras at a given time. It doesn't say anything about blocked characters, neither that you can no longer create another accounts if your previous one has been blocked. Also, this seems to be the only "rule" regarding this case(at least, that I could find):

A: You can if you haven't registered any in the past. Also, is your main gets a "No more additional characters" warning penalty, you must abstain from registering any more characters.

yes, read again. you will get a WARNING penalty for that.
is that clear to show you it was already violate the rules [that's why you get the warning]?
you should know what was the next after the warning. HENCE, just play within the game rules rather than keep get yourself headache and look for loophole. |

Reading this part again atleast tells me that in certain cases, admins/jury may decide against anymore characters being created from the associated ISP. (probably due to some really serious reasons, i suppose)

Besides, im unsure what *is* indicates, im expecting it to be *if* , going gramatically. It also clears the fact that its a special case when and only you must abstain from registering any more characters.
