| If all of you refer at the 26 GMB's one Elf gets at combat level 10, you can relax, they are not so strong. Twice that number (phantom) can be something in hunts, but in pvp phantom is a waste of mana. |

Which is why you use bless...to make it 5-8 damage. It's not like the elf can "curse" the crossbows in return. (They don't have dark magic.) |

Well, if you want to know who is better... why don't you try it ?
Do a duel between Elf vs Knight. You can bring all unit, but only GMB and Crossbowmen can fight. Bring max unit of GMB and Crossbowmen. Other unit must "wait". Same AP for both parties, the best 3 of 5, and let the best unit win :)
Not sure if this can be considered as rule breaking or not. But if you read the definition of "staged combat", this is definitely not staged combat. More like a "testing combat".
3.16. Staged combats leading one of the parties to losing a priori will be punished for. A staged combat by definition is one where any one of the parties or party members intentionally loses to the other for any reason different from having technical problems with access to the game. Instigation to losing a combat is also forbidden. |
| The morales there can be so deadly too .. :) I think if the x-bow have full defends talents, will be hard for GM bowmen to kill them, imagine the defence and the Hps of GM BOWMEN .. :) |

If it's 1 xBow vs 1 GMB then GMB all the way.
but if it's Knight vs Elf, then most chances are of Knight coz of more no. of troops and guardians. |
