What about
Trading any in-game property or service for real money, as well as trading not game-related property or service in the game is forbidden ?
The way i read, you *are* trading not game related services (web design) for an in-game property (golds)..
And no, the fact that you are offering designing of a web site for the clan doesn't make exception, since it is not an in-game feature.
Gold is only for buying and selling artifacts and in-game services (repairing, assists, gift, clan taxes and so on), all in all nothing outside *THIS* site, that is. |

Ok, I will restate it here again: selling custom picture for avatars on personal pages or making clan sites for a GOLD payment, IS legal.
It is NOT trading any in-game property or service for real money. |
