Demand is too high
That's temporary, only because of the tournament. In a few weeks things will be close to 'normal' again.
I'm quite a heavy user of morale rings, on a lucky day I use at at least four of them. I don't really like travelling a lot, so I have a habit of buying 10-15 rings at a time. Before the tournament I could do this in a night. But now I was trying all night and couldn't buy a single one. And I'm using my last pair now... So I'm planning to get them repaired, I don't want to feed the 'merchants'. |

During a few weeks before the tournament there wasn't inspiration rings available. They were only on the market for 4950...5050 per item. |

| I have 4MB internet and cant buy them. Its comes to the time i refresh the [page they are there i already have my finger on one and the mouse over the box. I type 1 and press as quick as possible. I done it 7 times yesterday and got a ring twice. |

I haven't said its impossible to get them, i usually dont buy from factories until i noticed price on market. So i brought them and sold them 2k under market price for people. |
no matter how quick you refresh the page. For me it takes around 0.3-0.4 seconds to recieve answer from server - just 32 bit!! But page of facility is much more information. It takes 1-2 seconds to refresh, because of this:

this is the area. After it most of us recieve bad pings. And some players (not many) have IP in that area or even closer to server, so they have privilegue and can do all they need faster than others.
I can click faster, but i cant to force channel in internet. So here is 3 exits (imo)-
- to prevent shortage, but it is not good for economy
- try to keep better connection
- to make buying not so easy
all this is nothing if some players use scripts. But about scripts - make it harder to create them. I asked some programmers about program that can read picture and automatically enter code, they said that it really hard thing and if someone will ask them to do such program, they'll ask big money for it. |

There is high demand for ring and defender shield. Many people want to buy and they are waiting at factory.
There is small secret which can make sure (still need depend on little luck) you can buy one or two (must be very fast and lucky) ring or defender shield every production hour. You must have fast internet connection and computer. To buy the art, you need to click the factory at the time :40(minute):01/02(second). By that, you got a chance to buy one art. If lucky enough, you got time to buy second art. If you click the factory at the time :40(minute):00(second), then you even cant buy one art. Because factory just finish produce the art, and the art still not ready to sell. Factory only ready to sell at :01(second). So right timing is super important.
DO NOT use F5 button to refresh the page. Every time refresh will take about 2 second. The best way is waiting at map and click the factory at :01(second).

| i know it, and i used it to buy rings. But... around 15-20 attempts - and nothing, i see all rings when i type "1" and press enter and after it i see 0 rings and didnt buy even 1. |

need to do everything fast. Some people with fast internet connection and fast computer, they can buy up to 3 or 4 defender shield everytime. Just need correct timing and do thing fast (within 1 second). |

So I strongly beleive that somebody is cheating here.
That's nonesense and your calculation too.
30 trys with a chance of 10% per try does not mean that you should have 3 rings. It means that you have a chance of (1 - 0.9^30 = 0.957) ca. 96% to have at least ONE ring. ;o)
But I have to admint that it is not very hard to write a little script that buys artifacts for you. But perhaps you should concider that the servers response time variates since there are hundreds of people clicking the refresh button when a workshift ends. And a script can only fill in data when you received the website.
But enough here all I wanted to say is that it is right to increase facility capacities of most wanted items or add a second facility. :o)

| MoonVampire, I believe. I try before, even super fast, to buy ring, need luck also. Ring factory everytime only produce 4 to 6 rings. The demand is too high. Too many people waiting there. It will be your luck if you can buy one ring. Two day I didnt buy a new ring. Now I just use repair ring. For defender shield, every time I can buy 1 (at office) or 2 (at home) shield. =) |
