why you dont use defensive artifacts | try to defeat zombies at first bad idea, there too much meat.
devide all your archers on 5*2 stacks and put them like 0AA0A0A0A0. so ghosts couldnt block more than 2. shoot ghosts until you'l get 2 misses and then strike with keepers. Thats all, very easy. | Skunder.. the answer is here....
this game is weak in terms of design.... it is made in a way where certain race will never beat certain race at a certain level. It is admitted by many players. Too many no-workaround strategy. Which means if you're in a battle with the wrong race AT the wrong level. you're finish, period; finito; nothing you can do. Tough luck.
But there are a lot of unfair exploits you can use to your advantage. i don't call them strategy, it's called exploits because it's something you cannot avoid. there are a few strategy though, like the one mentioned by hellraiser, but then again, why go for strategy there are so many exploits. Well here are some exploits:
1) Everybody seems to mention this point: step on their ghost when they're dead( with a strong unit) . IF You're lucky enough to have more than 2 same units of your turn and your first unit manage to kill the ghosts.
2) switch race to demon, split to a gazillion stacks. Then wait for them to drain mana. Then gate gate gate gate gate all the way. Trust me. there's nothing they can do about this and you will win. | Wow, you guys are still posting on this...I was just ticked off after a few fights with necros and thought I'd like to get it off my chest. But it seems like there's a lot of likeminded people out there - whether for anti-necro or some other faction. Either way I've learned my tricks (whether you want to call them exploits or strategy), you can drop the posts now. |
