| Can anyone provide brief pro and cons for the faction and subfraction. The most efficient ways to level up. How much it cost to upgrade castle. Is faction skill potion necessary. Etc | What are your goals, PVP, duels? 3v3? 2v2? PVE, MG,HG,TG? Events? Your question is too broad man, it's like me asking what is the point in living, 100 people will have 100 different opinions, and you will probably only like 1/100 and 99/100 of the people would've wasted their time typing a response for you. Tell us what you are already thinking of building, what you like /need etc.
Efficiency in this game refers to gaining EXP only if you are gaining other guild stats as well. Everything else is inefficient. Start doing CG (pvp) early. Do your WG tasks religiously thrice a day for WG points, join a clan and start doing survilurg defenses for additional WG points. Start on AG early. Those 3 guilds are oftentimes the most overlooked guilds. Minimally start doing WG daily.
If you want to level up quick, then I must ask, what is your definition of efficient? Monetary wise? Time wise?

Is it necessary? No. Is it a worthwhile investment (12k/ 7 days) is entirely up to your preference and how much you play the game.
Do you need the stats to clear PvE content? Probably not, but it makes the quests easier.
Do you need the stats to compete in PvP? Yes, because there is a minimum FSL required for CG battles.
Do you need the stats for Events? Yes, for events that use the active faction for battles. Otherwise? No.
Do you need the stats for WG battles? Yes, because those are already so difficult, you don't want to be disadvantaged stat wise which further cripples your chances of clearing the tasks. | | For starter, how about recommend which faction to choose ? | building anti in other factions is a must for pvp content. for every faction level you have in each faction you reduce 3% of all incoming damage from said faction. you look at my profile and i have 10-11 fsl in all main classes and 8-9 tribal and pharoah. this means i reduce 30-33% of all incoming damage from main classes in pvp(cg, tournaments), wg pvp fights and event battles where you face enemy of these factions.
if you have anti 0(faction levels in other factions is called anti belt) then you will find wg getting harder as you get higher in levels. | Finally, characters have racial skills that are increased from zero with the character's development. Just like the character's parameters, skills are displayed at the character page and monitor your lord's skills in every faction. Skills are increased even in cases of defeat.
Racial skills influence**:
combat characteristics of troops of the corresponding faction, ref. to the experience table;
damage dealt to you by representatives of this very faction - every skill level decreases the damage dealt by that faction to you by 3%;
unique racial abilities.
