Under graphic settings -> HTML5/Flash elements -> Always HTML5.
You can get an almost similar look to flash after changing options in a HTML5 battle.
i.e narrow field, small portraits, classic interface or smth like that |
| Battle settings can be changed at bottom left when in a battle if on pc. I think it's the same on phone too but not too sure there. |
