I was thinking about a great video that can be made for this game, but it requires a great graphic.
After some time i realised its just a chess game, you cant make a trailer filled with action about this game...
Or can you? Opinions please |

other than the game being played on a virtual board with squares i dont think there is much we can compare with chess.

It involves movement of troops and tactics. But i agree. I wouldn't say its "just a chess game."

I think not, board games players must start with equal positions/nearly same troops and strength. Things done outside board should not matter, here it does have huge effect on battle outcomes whether you are a farmed character, or if you equipped a certain set.

On topic, something like titans striking goblins is plain and simple here but we could have it made much more high quality, and innovate some theatrics+dialogues :p
Its not hard to make things look good for a small video, i can think of many individual expressions and interactions for a number of troops we have. Imagine what an ogre does when he is not beating people with his club and waiting for the one eyed cyclops to throw some rock. Or even what my army would scream before impending retribution from dreadbanes or when an agi rune activated.
Haha the possibilities are endless but sadly the real game is not like that which is okay-ish and nice enough tbh. I think it would be false advertisement to make it something that it is not. As a new player, that's a major red flag. I wouldn't stay to explore the game if i was cheated from the start. That's what i think anyway. |

It could be shown as an intro cinematic and not a gameplay video, if that helps.
Paladog (The promotional film) is the first that comes to mind where the video was nothing like the gameplay.
Though I understand how players can be mislead, so the message must be clear :/ |

lol i killed off the succubus too quickly because i hate to play against her... but for the purpose of the story i realize she could be used in better ways xd

Yeah someone might come thinking its a new version of League of legends/Mobile legends , but might be disappointed. |
