I never noticed before since no way to track the previous level of Mercenary quests. Is that a bug or some sort of cheating going on?!! |

its and uopdate about 1 year back.
monster quests level increase dropped down from 3 to 2 and raids increased from 1 to 2 ;)
those changes are made to balance available quest counts since they added a lot of new quest types. |
