Me too! (CL15 char left)
If You are really active You can lvl up fast (beside gaining good fsp ratio) - only bad thing is that Your labor's guild will be low.
If You donate a few then financial part will be also ok!
In 6-8 months You can build up a new character... |

There is no clear cut answer. mostly an emotional reaction. If my account will be blocked because of my wrong doing, I'll star a new one. If my account will be blocked without reason, I don't think I'll return to the game. Fairness is the keyword.
My two cents... |
I've already did in the past, but I wouldn't start over for a 3rd time. |
I probably would not start again.
It is easy to level up but still , all the work witch is done to this account . |
When I play a game that I really like for a long time, I feel attached emotionally to the character/account kind of.
I would feel weird with a completely different char.
I worked for years in this character to build it.
... Yes I know it's not 'powerful', but it is MY character. |
I don;t think I would as I am pretty sure that the only way I would get blocked is for an unfair reason. In which case that would sour my feelings towards them.
Also I think grinding through easy battles with rubbish troops would not have the charm and I am happy enough with the character I have got that I don;t think the difference in starting again to do it 'better' would be very motivating. |
