What army size should I have to be able to play mg/hunts at CL 14/15?
Like, the army/castle constructions of what level? ??
So that I can increase FSL in other factions.

You need to have fort / citadel I believe.
Sometimes don't need citadel if you're taking rally. No real fixed amount you need across factions, if you have the castle built it's easier to check yourself.
Or ask someone at that CL with that faction to check the minimum troop set up for you. :) |
| I have Knight castle built till level 8 WITHOUT fort, and I can play hunts and MG with it. :) |
