Author | Moving to Canada |
Good evening, guys! I'm from Russia. I work as a programmer (. NET).
I want to move to a magnificent country - Canada.
There are several questions:
1) How are the programmers doing?
2) What is the standard of living?
Maybe give some advice =)
Tell me please, I will be happy, thank you! |
Lots of jobs for IT here :)
Especially in Toronto. Though you can find good jobs all over the country in IT, such as Montreal, Vancouver, etc.
And by standard of living what do you mean? As in cost? As far cost I'm not sure how it compares to Russia, try googling it, you can find detailed statistics about costs of living online :) |
It's good that a lot of work :)
It is interesting to me to hear from a person living there all the features of living.
Thanks for the answer :) |
Canada uses a point system to evaluate candidates.
Google "Express Entry". Is a Federal program. There are also provincial.
If you have a bachelor's degree, good English and 3+ year experience in .Net then it is not very difficult for you. |
