I am getting this message when i try to buy diamonds.
I dont have any other mode i am using paypal for purchasing diamonds.
I am using Master debit card. |
You should have other options to pay with, like maestro where you put in your card details?
Maybe check with your bank too? |

On the donation page, there is a "Contact us" button on the bottom left. I recommend you try clicking on that - Then the live chat option and discuss it with Xsolla themselves. I have had a couple of conversations with the support and they take a few minutes to respond initially, but are generally very helpful. Just make sure that you leave the page open and that you do not share any personal details. Let them know that your payment was declined and ask them why. |
I am from India. I have made transaction using paypal before. I had a chat with them and they said i should use card for transaction. |
I got the same message about an hour ago. I started a live chat with xsolla and talked with an extremely helpful representative. She asked for a couple screenshots and my email, then she proceeded onto "changing settings on my xsolla account" and told me to try making the transaction again. It went through (Glad it did before the diamond surge).
I've had error messages on paypal before that have fixed themselves automatically over a period of a few days. However, this was the first time I received this particular message. I had seen this thread previously and my gut told me this error relates to my xsolla account. Maybe you acquainted with a person that could not deduce your exact problem. Try chatting with them again.. |
