If you have the diamonds on your account, then Dealer should respond.
How many hours have you waited since sending the first message? Consider waiting 48 hours - If there is no response, I would send a polite message to Lexa - https://www.lordswm.com/pl_info.php?id=24 detailing that you have tried to contact Dealer and are interested in getting a UCI. |
