I just changed my character's Talents setting to take out the Rally option. Then I went to the Recruits page and re-recruited my troops. However, it still complains about
"Troops are not organized or not sufficient. Recruit troops at the character page."
Did I miss doing something or is this a bug? |
| I think you have to purchase the fort and citadel to get enough troops |
| I already had both a long time ago. They were there when I had chosen the Rally talent. |
