What are the artifacts that are equal to shop ones? ( i.e Sword of cold)

Is there any artifact that give attack for equipping in back?
Also tell me which is better- Sword of cold or Ruby Gladius.

Beastebane bow I think is only one..

Yes, there are. But none have the shop arts status, and thus, cannot be used in CG or places with shop arts restriction.
