Hi all :)
I was curious, when i started the thieves guild the ambushes were a lot easier.
Recently i have found myself wasting arts and my time versing ridiculous enemies that evade my troops and bombard them with magical arrows strong enough to remove even the most HP plentiful troops.
My question is, is there any way I can lower the strength of the caravans I am ambushing?
Thanks for any info :))

lose the fight with at least FSP 0.30 you gained, it will decrease the strength of the next caravan ..err ...thats the general theory , but sometimes you may feel that it doesn't went down at all |
TG has dynamic balancing, so the more you win, the harder the battles get, and if you lose, the next battles *should* get easier.
Different factions also have differing success with TG, for example it's fairly accepted that elves and dark elves (and dwarves at FSL9) are the best at TG whereas necro / Knights aren't that great (unless you're wearing a lot of AP) |
A few caravans are pretty much impossible depending on your faction in my experience. Especially if you switch beetween factions (or alt); those that were easy (that you won a lot) come in insane numbers for your new faction so the effect is magnified. |
For example I was winning ambushes against barbs and tribals as it was a piece of cake when I was BW (3-4 fsl) and for my fsl 10 necro those are not that easy :) but few other caravans are better for my necro then for wiz |
Then how come when I tried RG, it was easy to win continuous battles with the Most Min AP?
I'm asking about Rangers not Thief.
And of some old ID not this one |

What RG level? TG1 would be easy in min ap too. |
