Do you get gold? Elements?
For needing basically full ap Im wondering how good the return rate is compared to merc guild or hunters guild where you get your gold back if not more
Even thief guild with getting the tgi back at lv 5 you get a solid return

You get gold for winning a watchers' guild battle the first time (it shows you the gold reward below the quest). You can earn a small profit if you use cheap ap and win consistently, but then it will be difficult to get three stars. I think it's best to use full ap, lose a little gold, and get three star wins.

I consider it to be the best guils for me. As I usually get 3 stars for my first attemp, I get maybe 65% of arts cost back + the best ingame fsp/exp ratio (only some events or early CL hunts give better ratio) + for leveling WG some nice bonus parameters ;) |
So basically thats it is a small amount of gold? |
This guild is not for earning gold (althought you can earn some if you use the lowest+cheapest AP needed for WG battle and you win every attemp for at least 1*), it is for pumping your character and making it stronger ;) |

I dont really see them useful for me right now since I dont think that 1 attack on one creature will change the outcome of a hunt or merc quest

One attack is a relatively large for your level, compared to mine for example.

This is where you are mistaken, A WG battle is definitely different to a hunt and MG. A castle battle is definitely different to MG/TG/HG. |
Yes but in the terms of more fun? I dont know how it would be anymore fun than the usual battles
and yes its not just getting 1 attack its POSSIBLY 1 attack for 1 creature..
Now the chances of me getting an armanent for one of the 3 creatures I use is very slim..
Compared to higher levels that can easily get multiple armenents for one creature and have many more than 3 creatures often 5 6 7 in multiple factions..

Better to do it since it gives a primary parameter and is the next toughest guild to lvl up after LG since only 3 quests are available per day.
If you're not doing survilurgs then it is a good way to get armaments.

Maybe not useful right now but when you will do PvP in CG or tournaments then it will of good use since you can repair an armament and get bonus troop stats.
You can get armaments but it is tough to get all armas for all creatures for your main faction at a CL.

WG has the most fun battles in the whole game IMO.
"Boss of ...", and "Hunt Type" Battles are so entertaining.
+ the "Return" in Gold is quite decent.
I think WG is what made me come back to LWM permanently TBH. |
