well the fact he gave you arts when he left is illegal so...
in terms of giving him arts, you could give him it as a gift as long as its not over your limit. as your level 10, it must not exceed 100k per month. |

This is against the rules. Whenever someone quits, if they don't want their stuff anymore, they have to send to empire.
It should be okay if you gift him a few items, keeping the total price below 100k gold though, for example, a sword of might is around 10k.
3.15.3. Transfers for the reason of leaving the game etc. are forbidden. Empire is the only character for liquidation transfers. |
