| Only counts up to 5 from what I know. So the 6th is useless. |

Yes retribution works for more than 5 Morale.
Morale itself has an upper limit of 5 as far as counting morale burst is concerned. |

I'll just point out that the same cap works for Luck, where any point strictly above 5 doesn't count for those nice *2 bursts. |
