How is this pendant vs pendant of wrath?
I find inferior for pvp.
for pve watcher it can be cool.

Depends on how often you donate. If you donate about 36 diamonds a year then donating during the SoC or flame dagger time period might be slightly better. If you donate 54 or more then now is definitely the 3rd best time to do so. |

I don't count tg, simply because in tg it doesn't matter whether you have 100 ap or 10 ap, thus it is a waste of money, at least until you reach a very high cl and tg, to use more than min ap.

I see, if so then try it during summer when they give out bow of light(not sure what they will give though), as that is one of the best arts :) SoC is also good but since it is too popular there are way too many of them, so its price isn't really as high as it should be. |
