| In short, if your skill level for your current faction is too low (like, you have just changed to a new faction), the effect of this potion makes your skill level higher (to be precise, grants you and your troops all the benefits of a higher faction skill level or FSL), but only in certain combats (mostly PVP). |

If the skill potion increases the FL of knight or necro in battle, the knight/necro will get extra troops in the battle. Unfortunately, that means that you can't really control what you will get as a knight. |
If your lineup has max skel bowmen for your current FSL, with potion it will have the max skel bowmen of higher FSL char.
Real powerful in that case. |

depends on type of battle, it usually gives one less that the highest FSL in your team if he is lower or equal to your level.
so for example assume you are playing as a level 15 faction level 5 DE and you've drank the potion.
if you have the following two team mates:
lvl-13 FSL-10 knight
lvl-17 FSL-12 barb
you're effective FSL will be 9 (knight's FSL minus 1) |
If you don't have any skeletons in reserves do you still get given 'free' ones in battle.
I have wondered this for a while but can't test as I already have necro 9 and over 50k skeleton's hidden around my character. |
