if I rent at one estate 33% faster
900 - 33% = 603
if I rent second one
603 - 33% = 404.01
if I rent third one
404.01 - 33% = 270.6867
if I rent fourth one
270 - 33% = 181.
just want to know whether I an right or wrong.
does it get cumulative like this or not?
or am I totally wrong on this concept? |

| As far as I know, It is never clubbed with other estates, renting 5 estates in same location is equivalent to renting 1 estate in that location. May be I am wrong. |

Effects of several estates are redundant, the restoration speed will be increased by the maximal RS value of any estate the lord is residing in, situated in the location the lord is currently visiting.
