You have more free capacity :)
At start you have 0/30, when you buy warehouse you have more capacity by 5= 0/35 :)
you can then have more arts in Iventory :) |

| Well in my opinion, it is not needed if you don't keep much arts with you, if you have around 25 arts, then you should buy it in case if you want to buy or rent a set for some battle |
With all upgrades you can have up to 55 slots, though for most users 30 slots will be more than enough.
