| it depends on faction. Factions who has 'rally' talent usually may enter hunts and mg battles with less castle buildings. For example as level 15 i may hunt with blue elf, knights and rally tallent with only buildings up to tier 4. green elf has no 'rally' so i can't hunt |

For basic PvE fights i.e Hunts/Mgs , you need only tier 4 creature.. no need of lvl 8 unit. And no fort is required too , and this goes for all factions.
Although you won't be allowed to help in hunts or join any kind of PvP combats. |

You can fight with most factions (to my best MEMORY) with lv5 troops and fort.
Not sure if fort is necessary though. |

i can play hunts and MG without fort and without tier 5 unit and without rally talent too

raise fsp of other factions
Simply means he is directing towards hunts.. how someone is supposed to raise fsp of other factions by playing PvPs and consider the fact that he asked 'min req'.
So even if he wanted to build by PvPs , he could have built full castle.
Who would make resistances by loosing in PvP battles anyways? |
