I already use basic nature magic, basic erudition, basic leadership and rally talents. But in combat its doesn't show out and i cant use magic. This make me lost my combat which may win easily...

| happend to me too, just today , then i just reassigned them then they work again. i don't know if it's a bug or not , but just reset them then they will work. |
The next combat is ok, the problem was gone.
Btw i hope may got people giv me reason why it will like that.... |
