I would like to know who is the better caster in your opinion.

Neakur | For PvP, I would say Dark Elves, since they can deal damage faster.
However, a magic Dark Elf stands no chance when it comes to hunting, whereas Wizards do amazing work there and in PvP. | | DE for PVP, Wizards for PVE | | DE because if their central talent elemental call. |
