| maybe Deleted accounts are not completely deleted. if needed, they can restore from recycle bin... *wild thinking* :D |

Some accounts were deleted during the merge of COM and RU. It was accounts of low level that had not been used for a long time.
They should have deleted all references to deleted chars as well, but they obviously didn't care. |
