| if a player gifts me gold can he convert it to loan by his own will ? |

| no it cant be done.... however if the amount was sent with no description he could add a description later with 1 gold and convert it into loan. |

3.15. There are limits for transfers intended as gifts. Gifts from a grantor to any particular player must not exceed 10,000 gold * [Combat level of the grantor] + 250 * [Diamonds obtained by the grantor through donations] per month.
So nothing wrong about the gift.

if you gift something, you lose it. it becomes property of someone else. you DO NOT have any right to get it back, or to get anything in compensation.
the player receiving the gift, if he so wishes, can gift you back anything he pleases, within the rule 3.15. There are limits for transfers intended as gifts. pm him and ask for something, but be aware that he's not obliged to comply. you'll be basically begging. |

only if he has a pm prior to the transfer where the receiving player assumes the transfer is a loan. otherwise, it's up to the receiving player to agree by free will that it was a loan. but he has the right to consider it as gift. |
